| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Kentucky must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Kentucky street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Kentucky or an entity authorized to do business in Kentucky, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
